Cancellation, Refunds & Return Policy

Order Cancellation.

We accept order cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order online. Once we receive the request for cancellation within the specified time limit we immediately cancel the order and refund the whole amount (Only pre-paid orders), please send your cancellation request to care@wetblue.in

Note: If the cancellation is over 24 hours we don’t accept the request. Also if the cancellation request is sent for the same product twice after the receipt of the order to and fro logistics charges shall be borne by the customer

Exchange:

We apologize but wetblue.in does not take any exchange for online purchases.

Returns & Refunds:

Products which have some manufacturing defect (pasting, beading, embellishment rusting etc) are eligible for refunds.

We have a flexible and easy 15 days return & refund policy for our customers, if after receipt of your product you wish to return the product, please raise a request on care@wetblue.in within 3 days of receipt of your order. we shall process the return request and refund your full order amount (exclusive of shipping cost) through direct credit in your credit card/debit card/net banking and credit the amount after we receive your bank details in case of COD orders.

 Criteria for returns/refunds: 

    1. Product (s) is/are unused.
    2. Product (s) tag is intact.
    3. Product (s) is undamaged/torn
    4. Product (s) should be returned in its original box packing along with the original invoice.
    5. We request our customers to raise the Return/Refund request within 3 days of receipt of product by emailing us at care@wetblue.in .
    6. Upon receiving the request for Return/Return our logistics person shall pick up the product from your mentioned address within 72 hours and in three attempts.
    7. Upon receipt of your product our quality team shall inspect the product and upon their confirmation on quality approval we shall immediately process the refund.
    8. You shall receive a confirmation of this via email on your registered email ID.
    9. The whole process of Return and Refund typically takes 10 working days however in certain circumstances it can go upto 15 days upon receipt of request.
    10.  Please note in case of Return/Refunds we attempt maximum of three reverse pick-ups at the customer side. After three attempts if the package is not handed over to the pick up person then we assume that Return/Refund request is cancelled by the customer and customer wishes to keep the product.
